Gary J. Wojtan, Attorney at Law

Gary J. Wojtan is a lifelong Western New York resident who has been practicing law in Erie County for 27 years. He has extensive experience in the areas of Matrimonial Law, Estate and Elder matters, Bankruptcy, Criminal Law, and all general practice areas.

Mr. Wojtan is a graduate of Canisius College and the SUNY at Buffalo School of Law. Active in several local civic and political groups, he is also a member of the New York State Bar Association, The Bar Association of Erie County, The New York State Trial Lawyers Association and The American Trial Lawyers Association.
