We offer ready access, convenient appointments, flexible payment arrangements, and quick response time to your concerns.

Making Contact

Simply contact our office staff for a free initial consultation. We have flexible appointments including evenings and weekends and we are happy to accommodate your schedule.  Same day appointments can be made for urgent matters. As needed, we will travel to a hospital or nursing home. While it is important to meet with you in person, if circumstances warrant it an appointment for a telephone consultation can be arranged.

Legal Fees & Billing

We work with individuals in a variety of financial circumstances. Clients willing to make reasonable payments over time are never turned away. Occasionally we are able to accept payment at the time property is sold, assets are liquidated or an Estate is settled.  In some instances we are able to work for a percentage of a settlement we recover for you.

Methods of Payment

In addition to cash and checks, we also accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express.  Credit Card payments can be processed at our office.

Our relationship with our clients is private, personal and confidential.  We will not disclose any information about your case or the facts that we learn from you except with your implicit or explicit permission, and only for purposes of assisting you.
